KM in the Information Age
Knowledge Management is quickly losing its efficacy as a buzzword. Much has been made about the concept, but little has been done from a practical standpoint. In this day and age though, it makes sense for an organization to have a plan in place to manage organizational knowledge.
Give me a stock clerk with a goal and I'll give you a man who will make history. Give me a man with no goals and I'll give you a stock clerk.
